We recommend that only qualified clubmakers install the shaft, such as your PGA pro. You can also send us your putter and we will install it for free on all new orders.

You need to measure your shaft, if you have a straight mount then measure at the bottom of the hosel. If your shaft has an "S-bend", then you need to measure where you will cut your existing shaft, that is 8 1/4'' from the hosel.If you are unsure of the size, you can check this document .If you are still unsure, email us at info@bgolftech.se

Technically, Stability can be uninstalled and reused in another putter, but we do not recommend this.

Vi följer naturligtvis de lagar och regler som gäller vilket innebär att om skaftet går sönder vid normal användning så har du 2 års reklamationsrätt. Är det ett materialfel på skaftet så byter vi ut det.

Rålängden på skaftet är 37'' (94 cm så beroende på hur skaftinfästningen i klubbhuvudet ser ut så kan det bli upp till 40''. Det finns även en "armlock" modell som är 46'' i rålängd, kontakta oss på info@bgolftech.se om du är intresserad.

You won't notice any real difference as there is only a few grams difference between Stability and your old steel shaft. The swing weight will be slightly higher which is an advantage as it provides a more stable putter head.

No, not at all. You don't have to adapt your style just because you've switched to Stability.However, we recommend that you purchase it from your local PGA pro as they can help you find the right technique if you struggle with your putting. Regardless of your style and technique, we know that you will putt better with the Stability Shaft.

Right of withdrawal and return:How do I cancel an order?If you want to remove an item or your entire order, you can do so by sending an email to info@bgolftech.se. Don't forget to include your order number for faster processing.How long do I have the right to withdraw?As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (counted from the date you received the product) according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. If you return an unused product with any accompanying labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer handling it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the product. Reuse the cardboard box that the product came in for the return and put it in its original packaging (if it had any). However, if you do not have them, this will not lead to a deduction due to decrease in value. Does it cost anything to return?We do not charge a return fee when you return, but you pay for the return shipping yourself according to the current postage schedule. For uncollected packages, we will charge you for our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling, currently 250 SEK.What do I do when I return?If you as a customer want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us via info@bgolftech.se or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form. After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us without delay and no later than within 14 days. Please reuse the box the product came in to return it. If you do not have the box, it is of course possible to send it in some other packaging. The most important thing is that you package the return well and attach the delivery note or other information where the order number and customer details are shown. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to defective or incorrect goods as this is instead a complaint.Uncollected letters or packages:For uncollected letters or packages, we charge a fee, currently 250 SEK, for the costs of our administration, shipping, return shipping and handling.
